Accounting and Finance
Night Auditor   
Seeking an individual that will be able to process check-ins, check-outs, balance hotel’s financial transactions, handle all guest issues, and provide excellent service to our guests. Duties may be expanded. Requires good customer service, attention to detail, organization, and basic accounting skills.
Engineering and Maintenance
On-Call Engineer (Stationary Engineer)   
Seeking an individual to maintain responsibility of physical property, including repair, maintenance, design, specification, and modification, Ensure that all buildings/equipment are in good working order and are consistent with quality standards of the property. Requires advanced knowledge of principals and practices within a professional field or recognized body of formal knowledge. May develop new policies and procedures. This position requires a minimum formal education of a high school diploma and a minimum of five years job-related experience. Requires a valid driver’s license and MD 3rd class stationary engineering license.
Food and Beverage
Dining Room Host/Hostess   
Seeking an individual to provide all guests with an entertaining and enjoyable dining experience, through quality service in the most efficient manner, at all times. Welcome guests to the dining room in a courteous and helpful manner. Maintain knowledge of table numbers and seating capacities for the shift. Requires the ability to interpret/extract information and or perform arithmetic function. Requires excellent customer service and written and verbal communication skills. This position requires a minimum formal education of a high school diploma. Weekends required.
Dining Room Server   
Seeking an individual to provide all guests with an entertaining and enjoyable dining experience, through quality service in the most efficient manner, at all times. Serves beverages requested by guests. Effectively promote additional beverages to guests. Requires the ability to interpret/extract information and or perform arithmetic function. Requires excellent customer service and written and verbal communication skills. This position requires a minimum formal education of a high school diploma. Weekends required.
Dining Room Supervisor   
Candidate needed to supervise dining room staff, assist guests and perform some clerical tasks and the handling of money. To ensure that all guests’ first impressions of the Dining Room are of professionalism, confidence, and honesty. Inspects tables and buffets for proper settings and to ensure that the signs are on appropriate tables. To assist with human resources functions for staffing including hiring, training, scheduling and evaluating. Requires minimum of one year job related supervisory experience. Requires excellent customer service and written and verbal communication skills and flexible schedule. Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
Kitchen Steward   
Seeking an individual to clean and maintain the entire food and beverage area. To maintain and distribute equipment for the entire F&B department. To maintain sanitation and inventory of all china, glass, linens and supplies of F&B. This position requires a minimum formal education of High School Diploma and minimum of less than six months job-related experience.
Coffee Break Attendant   
Seeking an individual to maintain the appearance and the quality of coffee break stations by setting up, replenishing, and breaking down the food service. Sets up hot and cold stations, displaying food, condiments, glassware, and supplies in an aesthetic manner, replenishing as necessary. Makes all varieties of coffee in accordance with departmental standards. Good communication and customer service skills. This position requires a minimum formal education of a high school diploma. Weekends required.
Banquet Server/Bartender   
This position is responsible for servicing guests for catering functions on site. To courteously and promptly serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage for all banquet functions according to established proper service standards. Banquet experience in a hotel or catering company is preferred, but not required. Applicant must be able to stand for extended periods of time, and must be able to carry food trays. Requires excellent customer service/people skills; a warm and friendly attitude is a must! Must be able to read set up lists and equipment checklists. Requires basic employment skills in clerical, service, or manual areas. Requires ability to interpret / extract information and / or perform arithmetic functions. May require typing, CRT, record keeping, or word processing.
Pastry Cook

To provide managerial coverage in the absence of the Banquet Manager and /or Director of Food and Beverage. Holds periodic meetings with the Banquet staff to review past and future performance of service, quality, general information concerning guest and employee relations, and upcoming daily functions. This position requires a minimum formal education of a high school diploma and a minimum of three years job-related experience and supervisory experience. Individual must be enthusiastic, upbeat and energetic with excellent customer service and employee relation skills. Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
Asst. Food & Beverage Director   
Seeking an individual to assist with the overseeing the complete operation of the Food & Beverage department including all its outlets. To ensure that the quality of food, beverage, and service is consistent with company guidelines. To ensure the profitability of the Food & Beverage department. Minimum 5 years experience in food and beverage management.

Seeking an individual to assist quests with luggage and baggage handling. Coordinates pick up, drop off, and express check in process with the front desk. Completes all pick up and drop off runs assigned by the Guest Services Supervisor. Also maintains the reader board and ensure communication of arrival and departure Information. Requires valid, clean, driver’s license. Flexibility in schedule. High standard of customer service and knowledge of area and attractions highly desirable.

Sales Manager-Prospector Mapper   
Seeking a Sales manager responsible for prospecting and mapping all market segments of the conference center. Requires Minumum 3 years in the hospitality industry in a sales role. Ideal candidate is one that is a self starter, excels at prospecting, mapping, and cold-calling and is knowledgeable with the local Washington DC marketplace.
